Air Fryer Balsamic Carrots

Carrots sweetened with honey, air fried and then tossed in a buttery balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper together.
  2. Add carrots and stir until they are completely coated.
  3. Transfer carrots to a greased air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry at 390º Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes or until carrots are tender.
  5. Transfer cooked carrots to a bowl.
  6. Add balsamic glaze and melted butter.
  7. Stir until well-combined.
  8. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Oven preparation instructions: Follow the instructions for seasoning the carrots and then place them on a cookie sheet in a preheated oven set to 425º Fahrenheit. Bake for up to 30 minutes, depending on the size of your carrots. I would suggest checking them at around the 20 minute mark for doneness.
