For the Cake

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour into greased mug (at least 16 ounces).
  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds (or 90 seconds).
  4. Set aside.

For the Magic Shell

  1. Combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave bowl and heat for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir until combined and smooth.
  2. Set aside.

For the Ice Cream

  1. Beat the heavy whipping cream in a large bowl with a hand mixer until stiff peaks start to form.
  2. Slowly mix in the sweetened condensed milk and the vanilla.
  3. Transfer half of the mixture to a loaf pan and crumble half of the mug cake on top.
  4. Drizzle on half of the magic shell.
  5. Pour the rest of the cream mixture into the loaf pan.
  6. Drizzle on the rest of the magic shell.
  7. Crumble the rest of the mug cake on top.
  8. Top with Crunchkins, pressing them gently into the cream layer.
  9. Freeze overnight.
