Instructions

1. Place Oreos in a blender or food processor, blending them until they are crumbs. 
2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix melted butter and cookie crumbs together. 
3. Press crumb/butter mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
4. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 8 ounces of Cool Whip until smooth.
5. Add 1 ½ cups of confetti cake mix and beat again until smooth.
6. Stir in ¼ cup sprinkles (optional).
7. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of crust.
8. In a large mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk together until it thickens. 
9. Add remaining ½ cup of confetti cake mix and beat until smooth.
10. Stir in ¼ cup sprinkles (optional).
11. Spread pudding layer over top of cream cheese layer.
12. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top of pudding layer.
13. Add ¼ cup sprinkles on top (optional).
14. Refrigerate for 2 hours prior to serving.
15. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
