Caramel Fudge Mug Cake

A moist, fudgy chocolate cake filled with caramel, made in the microwave in 90 seconds!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, salt and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  2. Pour half of batter into greased mug (I used a 12-ounce mug).
  3. Top with 1 tablespoon chocolate chips.
  4. Pour remaining batter into mug.
  5. Push caramels into the center of the batter.
  6. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
  7. If it’s still a little gooey, cook in 10-second intervals until cooked through.
