Cauliflower Casserole

Cauliflower Casserole – A creamy, cheesy cauliflower casserole with a crunchy stuffing and crouton topping.



  1. Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit.
  2. Place cauliflower florets on a greased cookie sheet.
  3. Sprinkle evenly with garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. When done, reduce oven heat to 350º Fahrenheit.
  6. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cheese, chicken bouillon and mustard. Stir in roasted cauliflower.
  7. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  8. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add stuffing mix and croutons.
  9. Cook until lightly toasted.
  10. Sprinkle crouton mix over cauliflower mixture.
  11. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until heated through.
