  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Blend in eggs one at a time.
  5. Remove 1 cup of batter and spread onto bottom of crust.
  6. Set crust aside.
  7. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice to remaining batter and stir gently until well-blended.
  8. Spread over cream cheese batter.
  9. Bake in oven 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  10. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  11. Garnish with whipping cream.
