Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large saucepan, bring water to boiling on the stove.
3. Add cauliflower to boiling water and set timer for 5 minutes. Add broccoli to the pan when there are 2 minutes left on timer.
4. Drain when vegetables are tender.
5. Arrange broccoli and cauliflower in 9×9 inch pan.
6. Pour half of the melted butter over vegetables.
7. Sprinkle the cheese cubes over the top.
8. Roll out Ritz crackers and place the crumbs into a bowl; mixing the crumbs with the remaining melted butter.
9. Sprinkle the crushed crackers over the casserole.
10. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
