Cherry Cheesecake Bars

Light and creamy cheesecake filling spread onto a homemade graham cracker crust, then topped with cherry pie filling.



  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar.
  3. Press mixture into a greased 9×13 baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Add Cool Whip and beat again.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture on cooled graham cracker crust.
  7. Spread cherry pie filling on top.
  8. Chill for 4 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.
