Chocolate Chip Snowball Cookies

Melt-in-your-mouth cookies dusted with powdered sugar and filled with little bursts of chocolate!



  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla and salt in mixing bowl until combined and creamy.
  3. Gradually add in the flour and the chocolate chips.
  4. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the dough and roll into 1 inch balls; place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned.
  6. Remove from oven and sift powdered sugar over hot cookies on baking sheets.
  7. Cool on baking sheets for about 8-10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely
  8. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.
  9. Store in airtight containers.
