Christmas Peanut Butter Balls

Scoops of creamy peanut butter, rolled into balls, dipped in white chocolate and covered with sprinkles for the holidays!!



  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter, and butter.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until easy to work with.
  3. Shape into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
  5. When balls are ready, melt almond bark in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Dips balls into bark, completely coating them.
  7. Place them back on the wax paper and add sprinkles.
  8. Allow to harden and serve.
