Honey-Glazed Carrots



  1. Place the carrots into a large skillet and fill with water until the carrots are completely covered.
  2. Bring the water to a bowl, sprinkle in the salt, lower the heat to medium low and cover.
  3. Cook the carrots until tender – usually 8-10 minutes and drain.
  4. Place carrots back into skillet and add the garlic powder, butter and honey.
  5. Increase heat to medium-high and continue to stir for about 5 minutes or until well-glazed.
  6. Move the carrots to a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley.
