Easy egg cups made with ham, veggies and cheese for a quick and healthy breakfast to-go!



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grease a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Crack eggs into large bowl and whisk together.
  4. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  5. Divide ingredients between egg cups.
  6. Distribute ham evenly between egg cups.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake in oven 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
