  1. In a heavy saucepan, heat the milk chocolate, marshmallows and milk over low heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly.
  2. Cool in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Place mixer bowl in freezer for at least 20 minutes to chill.
  4. Pour heavy whipping cream, vanilla and sugar into mixer bowl and whisk on high speed until medium to stiff peaks form, about 1 minute (remember not to over beat).
  5. Fold in whipped cream to cooled chocolate mixture.
  6. Spoon into crust.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
