Mint Chocolate Lush Dessert

A chewy brownie crust layered with creamy chocolate pudding, minty cream cheese and fluffy whipped cream.



  1. Prepare the brownies according to the package directions. Allow to cool.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
  3. Stir in 1 1/2 cup Andes Mint baking chips.
  4. Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping.
  5. Add in the peppermint extract. Mix well.
  6. Spread mixture over brownie layer.
  7. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk pudding and milk together until thickened.
  8. Pour and spread over cream cheese layer.
  9. Spread remaining whipped topping over top of chocolate layer.
  10. Sprinkle remaining Andes Mint baking chips on top.
  11. Chill for 4 hours prior to serving.
