Mixed Berry No-Cook Jam

A delicious no-cook jam made with fresh sweet berries. Comes together in minutes with no canning skills required!



  1. Combine fresh fruit, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Evenly sprinkle sugar and pectin over top.  Stir for two minutes and gently smash the fruit with a potato masher.
  3. Transfer jam to canning jars. Cover and refrigerate for up to one week or freeze for up to a year.
