Mug Omelet

A veggie-filled omelet made in minutes right in the microwave!



  1. In a greased mug, whisk together eggs, Half and Half, onions, ham, green peppers, red peppers, 1 tablespoon shredded cheese, salt and pepper.
  2. Microwave for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
  3. Garnish with remaining shredded cheese and green onions.
