Baked potatoes with butter and sour cream

Light and fluffy potatoes baked to perfection in less than 30 minutes in your pressure cooker or Ninja Foodi!

Instructions

  1. Pour water into cooking pot.
  2. Place potatoes in the Air Crisp basket inside the cooking pot.
  3. Select HIGH PRESSURE and cook for 14 minutes. Quick release.
  4. Brush potatoes with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper.
  6. Air crisp at 350ยบ Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with butter and sour cream.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions (optional).
