An easy and delicious pumpkin spice cake topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel drizzle!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin, eggs, evaporated milk, sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Pour pumpkin mixture into a greased 13″x9″ baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle dry spice cake mix on top of pumpkin mixture.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  6. Bake for about 55-60 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool and set for at least 45 -60 minutes before slicing and serving.
  8. Top with ice cream and a drizzle of caramel.
