Summer Velvets Parfait

A delicious red, white and blue velvets parfait adorned with fresh berries and white chocolate fluff.


For the Cake

For the White Chocolate Fluff


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease sides and bottom of two 8-inch pans with non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare and bake the cakes according to the package directions. Cool the cakes.
  3. Cut the cakes into small cubes.
  4. Add the blue cubes to the bottom of the glass followed by the white chocolate fluff and fresh berries.
  5. Add some red cubes, some additional berries and top off with the fluff.
  6. Chill for about an hour.

For the White Chocolate Fluff

  1. With a hand or stand mixer beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk and the pudding for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cream cheese to the pudding.
  4. Fold in the Cool Whip and mix until well blended.
