A Mexican twist on traditional spaghetti – a one dish wonder, perfect for a hungry group!



  1. Cook beef in large skillet with onions and minced garlic until no longer pink, about 7-8 minutes.
  2. Add taco seasoning, water, Ro*Tel, tomato sauce and mushrooms until well mixed.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix together with other ingredients.
  4. Season with the salt and garlic pepper.
  5. Let cook for about 10 minutes before serving, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish with sour cream and Parmesan cheese if you’d like.
