Brownies, marshmallows, cookies and a creamy, dreamy pudding layer? Oh ’em gee.

  1. Put the Thin Mint cookies in a Ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin, set aside, reserving some for topping.
  2. Whisk together the milk and the pudding until it reaches a pudding-like consistency.
  3. Add in Cool Whip and food coloring. Stir well.
  4. When the pudding mixture is ready, fill a dessert decorator and refrigerate the rest of the pudding while you build the desserts.
  5. Take a glass and add one of the Little Bites brownies.
  6. Layer the rest of the ingredients.
  7. Enjoy or chill for later.
