Vanilla Cheesecake Bird Nests

Mini vanilla cheesecake desserts with a wafer crust and creamy, dreamy filling. So light and delicious!



  1. Divide the cupcake liners between two baking sheets (6 liners to each sheet).
  2. Place 1 wafer on bottom of each cupcake liner.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar with hand or stand mixer until well-combined.
  4. Add 2 1/4 cups of the Cool Whip until combined.
  5. Spoon evenly into the cupcake liners.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Spread tops with remaining whipped topping.
  8. Sprinkle with green candy shreds.
  9. Place 3 chocolate eggs on top of each “nest.”
  10. Store leftover cheesecakes covered in refrigerator.
