When you have gathered all the ingredients, grab a large bowl and whisk the olive oil, honey, salt and pepper together until well-combined.

Add the chopped carrots to the bowl and stir until they are completely coated. I usually use a silicone spatula to swirl the carrots in the olive oil and honey mixture.

Air fry at 390 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until carrots are tender. You can check them at the halfway point for doneness to determine how much longer they may need to cook.

To store your leftover air fryer carrots in the fridge, wait until they are cool and place them in an airtight container or ziplock bag.
