Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

Egg-free cookie dough bites bursting with chocolate chips - perfect for snacking or adding to ice cream or cupcakes!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter ½ cup, softened
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • cup mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: Wilton Candy Melts for dipping bites

Instructions

  • Cream the butter and sugars together.
  • Mix in the vanilla and milk.
  • Add the flour and salt until well mixed and then fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Roll into 1-inch bites, dip in melted chocolate (optional) and place onto a parchment paper-lined pan or cookie sheet.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the bites to harden.
  • Remove from fridge 15-30 minutes before serving to allow the bites to soften and enjoy!

Notes

  • When rolling the bites, you can also roll them in some extra chocolate chips if you wish so there are chips on the outsides of the bites as well as the insides!
