Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries cleaned and quartered
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons confectioners sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • Extra yogurt and strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients; process or blend.
  • Ladle into chilled bowls.
  • Garnish each serving with a dollop of yogurt and a strawberry.
