Mozzarella cheeseshredded
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350º Fahrenheit.
Using a spoon, spread the pizza sauce on the pizza crust (I used balsamic drizzle rather than pizza sauce).
Add your toppings (don't overdo it or it will take too long to bake).
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
Choose the Right Crust: Select a pre-made pizza crust that fits the size of your air fryer basket well. Ensure that the crust is not too thick, as thicker crusts may not cook evenly in the air fryer. Opt for a thinner crust for quicker and more even cooking, resulting in a crispy base.
Even Sauce Distribution: When spreading the pizza sauce or balsamic drizzle onto the crust, use a light hand to ensure an even distribution. Too much sauce can weigh down the crust and make it soggy, while too little may result in dry patches. Aim for a thin and even layer of sauce to complement the toppings without overpowering them.
Topping Placement: Arrange the toppings evenly across the pizza crust, taking care not to overcrowd it. Overloading the pizza with toppings can lead to uneven cooking and a soggy center. Spread the toppings out in a single layer, leaving some space between each ingredient to allow air to circulate and ensure thorough cooking. This results in a perfectly balanced and flavorful pizza with each bite.
