Ninja Foodi Egg Bites

Ninja Foodi Egg Bites - Egg bites that taste just like the ones at Starbucks, but they're made right at home in your Ninja Foodi or pressure cooker. Add your choice of ingredients for a delicious, portable breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

¼ cup of each of the following:

  • Ham diced
  • Mushrooms chopped
  • Tomatoes diced
  • Green onions chopped
  • Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper together.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Prepare mold and cover by spraying with olive oil or nonstick cooking spray.
  • Fill each cup in the mold with the egg mixture about a ¼ inch from the top.
  • Place cover on the mold.
  • Put the Ninja Foodi rack into the cooking pot in the low position.
  • Pour 2 cups of water into the cooking pot.
  • Place the covered mold on the rack.
  • Put the pressure lid on and turn the pressure valve to VENT.
  • Select the STEAM option and set timer to 12 minutes.
  • When done, take the lid off and allow the egg bites to cool a few minutes.
  • Pop the egg bites out of the mold when ready.

Notes

  • This recipe makes 14 egg bites, so about 5-6 servings. 
  • Egg bites will last in the fridge for up to a week. 
  • When you're ready to reheat them, microwave for 30 seconds.
