Turkey Tetrazzini
A creamy turkey pasta dish topped with cheese and crispy bread crumbs.

- 16 ounces linguine cooked
- ½ cup butter softened
- 10.5 oz. can cream of celery soup
- 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 3 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
Cook noodles according to the box directions.
In a medium bowl, combine butter, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and chicken broth.
Stir in chopped turkey.
Stir in noodles until everything is combined.
Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle cheeses and bread crumbs on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until top is bubbly and slightly browned.
- You can use linguine noodles, fettuccine or spaghetti noodles for this recipe.
- Add in a bit of veggies like onions, mushrooms, celery and carrots.
- If you’re baking this recipe in advance, prepare as instructed but hold off on the cheese and breadcrumbs until you’re ready to bake.
- Store in the fridge for up to three days.
