Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Worchestershire sauce
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • small onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic pepper
  • 1 tablespoon crushed dried rosemary
  • ¼ cup minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons steak seasoning I use McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons A1 Steak Sauce
  • 4 Ribeye steaks about 10 oz. each

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients (except steaks) in a bowl and mix well.
  • Pierce steaks on both sides with a fork, and place into a Ziploc bag. Pour marinade over steaks and refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight for the flavors to infuse the meat.

Notes

  1. Marinating Time: For the best flavor infusion, marinate the steaks for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. This allows the flavors of the marinade to penetrate the meat fully, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.
  2. Piercing the Steaks: Piercing the steaks with a fork helps the marinade penetrate deeper into the meat, ensuring that each bite is packed with flavor. Make sure to pierce both sides of the steaks evenly to promote even marination.
  3. Room for Variation: Feel free to adjust the ingredients according to your taste preferences. If you prefer a stronger garlic flavor, add more minced garlic. Similarly, you can adjust the amount of soy sauce or steak seasoning to suit your palate. Don't be afraid to experiment with the marinade to create your perfect steak flavor profile.
