Air Fryer Grilled Ham and Cheese

Warm sliced ham and melted Colby jack cheese enveloped into a golden, buttery biscuit, all cooked to crispy perfection in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce can refrigerated biscuits 8 count
  • 4 large slices ham cut into fourths
  • 4 slices Colby Jack cheese

Instructions

  • Separate the 8 biscuits, flattening them on a non-stick surface.
  • On 4 of the flattened biscuits, place a slice of cheese and a cut up slice of ham.
  • Place one of the remaining flattened biscuits on top of each sandwich.
  • Using your fingers, pinch the edges of the biscuits together, carefully smoothing them into a circular shape.
  • Place prepared sandwiches in your greased air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 300ºF for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Notes

  • Air fry time may vary depending on the brand of air fryer you are using.  
  • If inside of biscuit is still not baked through after 20 minutes, cut sandwiches in half and air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are done.
