Notes
Use High-Quality Candy Coating: Opt for high-quality candy coating for the best results in terms of taste and texture. Cheaper brands may not melt as smoothly or have the same creamy consistency, which can affect the overall appearance and flavor of the candy bark.
Work Quickly with Drizzling: When drizzling the colored candy coating over the white candy coating, work quickly to create a marbled effect before the white candy coating sets. Use a back-and-forth motion with a spoon or fork to create a decorative pattern, ensuring that the colors are evenly distributed across the surface.
Customize with Toppings: Get creative with the toppings by using a variety of colorful candies and sprinkles. Experiment with different combinations to add visual interest and flavor to the candy bark. Ensure that the toppings are evenly distributed across the surface for a balanced and appealing appearance.
