Pink Lemonade
Homemade pink lemonade made with fresh raspberries and lemons! So easy, refreshing and delicious for a baby shower, summer party or picnic!

Ingredients

water

cup
Tate+Lyle® Organic Pure Cane Sugar

cups
fresh raspberries
1
cup
fresh lemon juice
5-6 lemons, depending on size
2
cups
cold water
Raspberries
lemon slices and fresh mint for garnish, optional
Instructions
On the stovetop in a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup water, sugar and raspberries to a boil.
Allow to cool.
Strain into ice-filled pitcher.
Stir in the fresh lemon juice and cold water.
Garnish with raspberries, lemon slices and fresh mint before serving.
Notes
I sometimes place my saucepan into the fridge (on top of a trivet) to cool my raspberry simple syrup faster.
