Cake Batter Truffle Bars
Sweet, chewy, decadent bars exploding with sprinkles, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and Oreo pieces!

- 1 box funfetti cake mix I used a seasonal spring mix
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup sprinkles
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 6 Oreos I used the seasonal Spring Oreos, crushed
- 1 cup Nestle Springtime morsels or ½ cup white chocolate chips and ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 9x11 inch baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine the cake mix and the sprinkles.
Add the egg and butter and beat together with a hand mixer until a thick dough forms.
Press ⅔ of the dough into the bottom of the baking pan.
Sprinkle the marshmallows over the dough.
Sprinkle the Oreos over the marshmallows.
Sprinkle the morsels over the Oreos.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
Separate the remaining dough into small truffle balls and space them evenly over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the bars and marshmallow begins to brown.
Cool completely before cutting.
