Crock Pot Chicken & Broccoli
Chicken and broccoli is combined in a creamy and cheesy sauce, perfect for topping noodles or rice!

- 3-4 chicken breasts thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can broccoli cheese soup
- 14.5 ounce chicken broth
- 5 cups broccoli florets steamed or cooked
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt to taste
Season the uncooked chicken breasts with garlic powder and salt, to taste.
Place the chicken breasts into the crock pot.
Whisk together the soups and the chicken broth in a bowl.
Pour the soup mixture over the chicken breasts.
Place the lid on the crock pot and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
When the chicken is cooked, shred the meat and then stir in the sour cream and broccoli.
Stir in the shredded cheese immediately before serving.
Serve over cooked linguine noodles or rice.
