Christmas Peanut Butter Balls

Scoops of creamy peanut butter, rolled into balls, dipped in white chocolate and covered with sprinkles for the holidays!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup peanut butter creamy
  • 3 tablespoon butter softened
  • 16 oz white almond bark
  • Sprinkles of your choice

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter, and butter.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until easy to work with.
  • Shape into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
  • When balls are ready, melt almond bark in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Dips balls into bark, completely coating them.
  • Place them back on the wax paper and add sprinkles.
  • Allow to harden and serve.

Notes

  • If your dough isn’t holding together, add more powdered sugar until you reach the correct firmness. 
  • Use a wooden skewer as an easy way to dip your peanut butter balls into the almond bark. 
  • This is a great recipe to bring to Christmas or holiday parties.
