Christmas Peanut Butter Balls
Scoops of creamy peanut butter, rolled into balls, dipped in white chocolate and covered with sprinkles for the holidays!!

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup peanut butter creamy
- 3 tablespoon butter softened
- 16 oz white almond bark
- Sprinkles of your choice
In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter, and butter.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until easy to work with.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
When balls are ready, melt almond bark in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Dips balls into bark, completely coating them.
Place them back on the wax paper and add sprinkles.
Allow to harden and serve.
- If your dough isn’t holding together, add more powdered sugar until you reach the correct firmness.
- Use a wooden skewer as an easy way to dip your peanut butter balls into the almond bark.
- This is a great recipe to bring to Christmas or holiday parties.
