Christmas Peanut Butter Balls
Scoops of creamy peanut butter, rolled into balls, dipped in white chocolate and covered with sprinkles for the holidays!!

Ingredients

cup
powdered sugar
½
cup
peanut butter
creamy
3
tablespoon
butter
softened

white almond bark
Sprinkles of your choice
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter, and butter.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until easy to work with.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
When balls are ready, melt almond bark in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Dips balls into bark, completely coating them.
Place them back on the wax paper and add sprinkles.
Allow to harden and serve.
Notes
If your dough isn’t holding together, add more powdered sugar until you reach the correct firmness.
Use a wooden skewer as an easy way to dip your peanut butter balls into the almond bark.
This
is a great recipe to bring to Christmas or holiday parties.
