Donut Ice Cream Sandwiches
Donut Ice Cream Sandwiches – Glazed donuts sliced in half, stuffed with ice cream, rolled in sprinkles and drizzled with chocolate. Such an easy and delicious treat!

6 glazed donuts 2 cups vanilla ice cream Sprinkles
Cut each donut in half horizontally.
Place a large scoop of ice cream on each donut bottom.
Using a spatula, spread the ice cream to the edges.
Create a sandwich by pressing on the donut tops.
Roll the sides in sprinkles.
Place sandwiches on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place them in the freezer for 2 hours.
For the Topping: In two small bowls, melt chocolate chips and white chocolate chips separately.
Using a spoon, drizzle melted chocolate over top of donuts.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
You can substitute your sprinkles with cookie crumbs, crushed M&M's, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper so your donuts don't stick.
This recipe is best enjoyed when frozen for at least 2 hours.
