Lemon Lush Dessert
Luscious layers of sweetened cream cheese, cool lemon and whipped topping on top of a homemade walnut crust! A potluck favorite!

For the Crust:
- 1 cup butter softened
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
For the Lemon Pudding Layer:
- 2 - 3.4 oz boxes lemon pudding
- 2 ¾ cup milk
For the Topping:
- 2 cups whipped topping
- ¼ cup walnuts chopped
For the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the butter flour and chopped walnuts. Mix until uniform.
Press mixture into a 9x13 greased baking dish.
Bake for 24-27 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Allow crust to cool.
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
In a medium mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup whipped topping. Set aside.
For the Lemon Pudding Layer:
Dessert Assembly Instructions:
When cooled, spread cream cheese mixture evenly over top of crust.
Spread lemon pudding on top of cream cheese layer.
Layer two cups whipped topping over top of pudding layer.
Sprinkle ¼ cup of chopped walnuts on top.
Refrigerate for 2 hours prior to serving.
- Cover your dessert with plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
- Lemon Lush Dessert can be stored in the fridge for up to five days.
- I do not recommend freezing this dessert as it tends to become grainy when it thaws.
