For the Apple Fries: 3 apples I used Ambrosia, peeled, cored and cut into 8 wedges ½ cup flour 2 eggs beaten 1 cup graham cracker crumbs ¼ cup sugar For the Dip: 8 ounces cream cheese softened ¾ cup brown sugar ¼ cup sugar 2 teaspoon vanilla
Toss apple wedges with flour in a large bowl until apples are coated.
In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
Dip floured apple wedges in egg and then coat them the cracker crumb/sugar mixture.
Place coated wedges in a greased air fryer basket without overlapping them.
Air fry at 380º Fahrenheit for 8 minutes or until they begin to turn golden brown.
While apples are cooking, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl.
Serve apples with dip immediately.
You need to prepare the apples by peeling, coring, and cutting them before starting the recipe.
For even cooking, make sure to cut them in the same size.
Make sure to arrange your apple slices in the air fryer without overlapping to allow even cooking.
I wouldn't recommend making apple fries too far in advance because they have a tendency to become soggy.
