Easy Pizza Casserole
An incredibly delicious and simple pizza casserole bake with rotini, ground beef, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.

- 1 pound ground beef
- Small onion diced
- 24 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces rotini noodles cooked
- 6 ounces pepperoni slices
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
Brown ground beef and onions over medium heat until meat is cooked thoroughly.
Cook rotini noodles according to package directions.
In a large bowl, mix together spaghetti sauce and cooked ground beef.
Add noodles and stir again.
In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half the noodles, half the pepperoni and half the cheese. Repeat.
Top with remaining pepperoni slices.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- If you don't have rotini, you can use other types of pasta such as macaroni, rigatoni, ziti, or penne.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week or the freezer for up to two months.
