Easy Pizza Casserole
An incredibly delicious and simple pizza casserole bake with rotini, ground beef, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

ground beef
Small onion
diced

jar spaghetti sauce

ounces
rotini noodles
cooked

pepperoni slices

mozzarella cheese
shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
Brown ground beef and onions over medium heat until meat is cooked thoroughly.
Cook rotini noodles according to package directions.
In a large bowl, mix together spaghetti sauce and cooked ground beef.
Add noodles and stir again.
In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half the noodles, half the pepperoni and half the cheese. Repeat.
Top with remaining pepperoni slices.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Notes
If you don't have rotini, you can use other types of pasta such as macaroni, rigatoni, ziti, or penne.
Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week or the freezer for up to two months.
