Ninja Foodi Baked Potatoes

Light and fluffy potatoes baked to perfection in less than 30 minutes in your pressure cooker or Ninja Foodi!

Ingredients

  • 5 medium Russet potatoes washed and scrubbed
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter
  • Sour cream
  • Sliced green onions for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Pour water into cooking pot.
  • Place potatoes in the Air Crisp basket inside the cooking pot.
  • Select HIGH PRESSURE and cook for 14 minutes. Quick release.
  • Brush potatoes with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper.
  • Air crisp at 350º Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with butter and sour cream.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions (optional).

Notes

  • Top your baked potatoes with classics like sour cream, butter, and bacon, or try something new and add steamed broccoli, chili, or pulled pork. 
  • Russet potatoes work best for baked potatoes. 
  • Place your potatoes on top of a Foodi Air Crisp Basket to keep them from getting soggy.
