Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
A lighter alternative to French fries, crisped to perfection in the air fryer in under 15 minutes!

- 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Slice sweet potatoes into ¼-inch thick sticks.
Place seasonings with sweet potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until fries are coated.
Place a layer of fries in a greased air fryer basket. It will take 2-3 batches.
Air fry at 380ºF for 8-10 minutes or until fries are golden brown.
- Try to cut your fries all the same size, as it helps with even cooking.
- Air fry your fries in batches for even cooking.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for three days.
- To reheat, air fry your fries so they will crisp back up.
