Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
A lighter alternative to French fries, crisped to perfection in the air fryer in under 15 minutes!

Ingredients

medium sweet potatoes
peeled

teaspoons
olive oil

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper

teaspoon
paprika
Instructions
Slice sweet potatoes into ¼-inch thick sticks.
Place seasonings with sweet potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until fries are coated.
Place a layer of fries in a greased air fryer basket. It will take 2-3 batches.
Air fry at 380ºF for 8-10 minutes or until fries are golden brown.
Notes
Try to cut your fries all the same size, as it helps with even cooking.
Air fry your fries in batches for even cooking.
Store leftovers in the fridge for three days.
To reheat, air fry your fries so they will crisp back up.
