Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts washed, trimmed and cut in half
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cups vegetable broth
  • ¾ cup cream cheese room temperature
  • ¼ cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces bacon fried and chopped into pieces

Instructions

  • Add Brussels sprouts to Foodi cooking pot.
  • Add cream cheese, butter, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Pour vegetable broth over top.
  • Select HIGH PRESSURE for 2 minutes, then quick release.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese.
  • Sprinkle bacon over top.
  • Select AIR CRISP for 3-5 minutes or until top is slightly browned.

Notes

  • I recommend using fresh brussels sprouts, not frozen ones, for this recipe.
  • Look for sprouts that are a little small, bright green, and don’t have any loose leaves on them.
  • You can place your leftovers in the fridge for up to five days.
