Ingredients

Brussels sprouts
washed, trimmed and cut in half

salt

teaspoon
pepper

garlic
finely chopped

vegetable broth

cream cheese
room temperature
¼
cup
fresh shredded parmesan cheese

ounces
bacon
fried and chopped into pieces
Instructions
Add Brussels sprouts to Foodi cooking pot.
Add cream cheese, butter, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour vegetable broth over top.
Select HIGH PRESSURE for 2 minutes, then quick release.
Stir in parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle bacon over top.
Select AIR CRISP for 3-5 minutes or until top is slightly browned.
Notes
I recommend using fresh brussels sprouts, not frozen ones, for this recipe.
Look for sprouts that are a little small, bright green, and don’t have any loose leaves on them.
You can place your leftovers in the fridge for up to five days.
