A mixture of cream cheese and sour cream combines with shredded cheese, dried beef, walnuts and green onions to create a cheese ball that will be the hit of the party.
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, dressing mix, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and dried beef. You can either mix by hand or with an electric hand mixer.
Transfer mixture onto a section of plastic wrap, pull corners together and twist to form a large ball.
Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Roll the chilled cheese ball into the remaining cup of cheddar cheese.
Mix the finely chopped walnuts and parsley.
Roll the cheese ball in the mixture of nuts and parsley.
Press chopped green onions into the ball and place on a plate.
