Fruit Pizza

This gorgeous fruit pizza is made with a soft sugar cookie crust then topped with a sweet cream cheese frosting and your choice of fresh fruit!

Ingredients

For the Pizza

  • 1 16 ounce package refrigerated Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
  • 8 ounce tub whipped topping thawed
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

For the Fruit Topping 

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup pineapple pieces
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup green grapes halved
  • ½ cup red grapes halved

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
  • Lightly grease a round pizza pan. 
  • Press the dough into the pan until it is about ⅛-inch thick. Poke dough throughout with a fork.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, whip together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
  • Next, fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread frosting evenly over cooled sugar cookie crust.
  • Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe is ready in under 30 minutes! 
  • You can use many different fruits for this recipe, feel free to choose your favorites. 
  • Poke holes in the dough with a fork to keep your crust from getting puffy. 
  • Store in an airtight container and place in the fridge for up to three days, depending on the type of fruit you use.
