Fruit Pizza
This gorgeous fruit pizza is made with a soft sugar cookie crust then topped with a sweet cream cheese frosting and your choice of fresh fruit!

Ingredients
For the Pizza

16 ounce package refrigerated Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
8
ounce
tub whipped topping
thawed
4
ounces
cream cheese
softened
2
tablespoons
sugar
1
teaspoon
vanilla
For the Fruit Topping
½
cup
blueberries
½
cup
pineapple pieces
½
cup
raspberries
2
kiwis
peeled and sliced
½
cup
green grapes
halved
½
cup
red grapes
halved
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
Lightly grease a round pizza pan.
Press the dough into the pan until it is about ⅛-inch thick. Poke dough throughout with a fork.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
In a large bowl, whip together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Next, fold in whipped topping.
Spread frosting evenly over cooled sugar cookie crust.
Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy!

You can use many different fruits for this recipe, feel free to choose your favorites.
Poke holes in the dough with a fork to keep your crust from getting puffy.
Store in an airtight container and place in the fridge for up to three days, depending on the type of fruit you use.
