Fruit Salsa

A delicious and sweet mix of diced, fresh assorted fruit. Perfect for dipping and snacking.

Ingredients

For the Salsa

  • 2 kiwis peeled and diced
  • 2 golden delicious apples peeled, cored and diced
  • 8 ounces blueberries
  • 16 ounces strawberries diced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry jam

Instructions

  • Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Serve with chips.

Notes

  • Let chill for at least 15 minutes before serving. 
  • Use fresh fruit for this recipe, frozen will become soggy. 
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to three days.
