For the Salsa
- 2 kiwis peeled and diced
- 2 golden delicious apples peeled, cored and diced
- 8 ounces blueberries
- 16 ounces strawberries diced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons strawberry jam
- Let chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Use fresh fruit for this recipe, frozen will become soggy.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to three days.
